Vocational Rehabilitation

We specialize in treating individuals with
complex neurological diagnoses, brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.

Through our vocational therapy program, we focus on assisting individuals who have suffered a traumatic injury or stroke return to work.

Our vocational therapy evaluates the individual’s abilities to fit into a job or career that will allow them to thrive. We start out by evaluating each individual to determine the needs and accommodations required for them to obtain and maintain employment, receive on-the-job training, or enroll in GED programs.

For additional support while on the job site, our team provides educational resources to employers to increase disability awareness and a provide disability-friendly work environment.

Following employment, we provide ongoing support services to ensure needs and accommodations are being met. Our therapists work with individuals in the community, on work, and volunteer sites weekly to determine whether personalized strategies are working successfully.
